Providing of either paid or free information consulting services to university students and personnel, as well as to other individuals and businesses
Conducting of marketing research in Kazakhstan to promote communications and information process advantages
Functions of the Scientific and Research Institute for Communications of Professional Training:
Implementation of perspective and current work planning regarding communications of professional education
Creation of computer manuals on top directions of university operations
Implementation of computer manuals in studying and their advantages analysis research
Organization of local and national seminars on the issues of experience sharing regarding new information technologies
Representation of administrative interests of the Kazakh University of International Relations and World Languages regarding communications of professional education
PR campaigns of computer manuals in universities, institutions, colleges, schools, and other education facilities in Kazakhstan
Computer manual development orders require rector’s approval. In accordance with the order, the Scientific and Research Institute for Communications of Professional Training makes an individual agreement with the authors of a manual indicating timelines, and other related issues.
All property rights regarding produced computer manuals shall belong to the university, preserving the author’s property rights as well. The prime cost of the product is defined by the rector of the university.
All products of the Scientific and Research Institute for Communications of Professional Training are provided with official documents such as purchase agreements, invoices, etc. in case of their sale.
In a certain case, the Scientific and Research Institute for Communications of Professional Training can open a sub-account on the part of the university’s current account. |
