The FLTSPD, founded in 2007-2008 academic year, is a graduating department and a structural unit of the Abylai khan University of International Relations and World Languages ( Abylai khan KazUIRWL). Since its foundation the Department is headed by Doctor of Philology, professor, academic of the International Academy of pedagogical education sciences Ayapova T.T.

The Department conducts its work in accordance with the confirmed higher professional education state standard of the Republic of Kazakhstan (RK).

The studies are conducted by the Department’s 17 highly qualified teachers:

• Post graduates-3;
